Le Residenze di Padule 02 - La Maddalena

Located in Padule near one of the most evocative promenades of the island, we offer a nice one-bedroom apartment located in the complex "Le Residenze di Padule". The property, located on the first floor, consists of a comfortable living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with doublebed and a bathroom with shower. The property has private parking and is fully equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, washing machine and hairdryer. In the immediate vicinity there is a petrol station with bar/tobacconist, a supermarket and a restaurant.

Padule is a residential neighborhood located west of the historic center that enjoys one of the most picturesque promenades of the archipelago overlooking Palau, Porto Rafael and the island of Santo Stefano. Located about 10/20 minutes from the port of Cala Gavetta, it has characteristic beaches and resorts such as Punta Tegge, renowned for its enchanting sunsets. The neighborhood has several services such as, bars, restaurants, gas station and supermarket.
