We offer for rent a terraced house with a terrace overlooking the sea, located within the residential complex of Porto Massimo. On the ground floor there is a living room with separate kitchenette, on the first floor there is a bedroom with doublebed, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower. The Villetta is equipped with an LED TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and offers free parking reserved for condominium guests. Additionally, guests of the apartment are entitled to 2 deckchairs and 1 umbrella, which can be booked directly on site. In the immediate vicinity, there are bars/tobacconists and a restaurant.

The area of Porto Massimo is located in the northeast of the island of La Maddalena a few minutes from Stagno Torto. It is located in an area of very high environmental value, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, a few meters from the sea and is known for the exclusivity of its homes. In the immediate vicinity there is a marina, restaurant, newsagent, mini-market and bar.
