In La Maddalena, located in Padule near one of the most suggestive seafront promenades of the island, we offer a large apartment, a few meters from the beaches.
The location, despite being outside the centre, allows you to reach the heart of the town with a 15-minute walk.
The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette and balcony, double bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds and complete bathroom with shower.
The house's proximity to the sea offers the possibility of arriving in record time at the closest beach, which, although small, is ideal for sunbathing or for a nice swim.
At about 400 meters we find gas station, supermarket, and restaurant.
The archipelago of La Maddalena surrounded by a limpid and crystalline sea is in the north-east of Sardinia, not far from the renowned Costa Smeralda. A group of 63 islands and islets of various sizes are part of this archipelago, including the islands of La Maddalena, Santa Maria, Razzoli, Spargi, Caprera, Budelli and Santo Stefano. Large and small islands, with over 180 kilometres of coastline that together form an authentic masterpiece of nature: rocks sculpted by the wind, beaches with white or magically pink sands, inlets, blue depths, and shallow waters where you can reflect yourself like a mirror. Except for the two main islands, La Maddalena and Caprera, connected by ferry with the port of Palau, all the other islands can only be reached by private boats. There is no better place for those who love the sea and nature.
