Historic building from the early 1900s, with Art Nouveau decorations, is protected by the Superintendence and is located in the heart of the historic centre.
Arranged on two levels, with double exposure, toward the sea with views of the island of Santo Stefano and the main street of the historic center. The 1st floor consists of 4 double rooms, 3 of which with sea view; the attic floor consists of a double bedroom and a triple bedroom.
Rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower cabin, minibar, Led TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, kettle and hairdryer.
The courtesy kit in the rooms is chosen with great care and extremely low environmental impact, thanks to the use of materials such as biodegradable paper and plastic
The property also has a common area on the 1st floor, equipped with a sofa, coffee table, bookcase and coffee maker, plus another small common area on the attic floor, equipped with 2 armchairs.

The heart of the historic center is enclosed between Piazza Umberto I and the characteristic port of Cala Gavetta connected through the main pedestrian streets such as via G. Garibaldi and via XX Settembre. Easily accessible on foot, it enjoys countless services such as bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconists, shops, newsagents, rentals (cars, scooter, bicycles, rafts), guided excursions, food and pharmacies.
